Dash A/C repair around Tampa or Ft Myers FL?

Dash A/C won't hold freon, looking for any recommendations for a good shop around Tampa or Ft Myers FL. Freightliner chassis.

Modern Auto Air of Ft Myers, 15120 S Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, FL 33908
(239) 433-3757.

They fixed my 2006 HR Ambassador A/C when no one else could. Their prices are very reasonable.

Highly recommended.

I called Newmar customer support around the first of the year to see if they had any recommendations for the Tampa area dash AC repair and they gave me the name of a shop in Clearwater..... I don't recall the name of the place....

Parliament in Clearwater, just over the bridge near PIE airport, repaired our leaking a/c condenser last winter. They also replaced the C7 water pump. Very pleased with them.

Thirdwall thanks for the recommendation, Modern Auto Air was great. Took in in yesterday and they found a crack on the condenser side of a freon line fitting. Removed the condenser, welded the crack (silver solder) evacuated and filled with freon, out the door at $438. For anyone needing A/C service and your near or passing by Ft Meyers they give free estimates and I think were reasonable with their labor.

Thanks for the report Jeff. How was access to their shop & do they have reasonable parking for large vehicles?

It is doable is about all I can say. I parked in front of the Speedway gas station and unhooked the toad. They pulled the RV to the back of the building to work on it, they have a rear bay door so the RV is at the back of the shop. After the work was done they back the RV back to in front of the gas station where I hooked the toad up and then pulled thru the gas station. They only have room for one RV or Truck at a time.
