Can anyone recommend a good service center for 99 winne brave Dash A/C

It's the same A/C system as any car or truck. Any auto A/C service center can work on it.

Assuming they'll take an RV - some bays aren't tall enough.

Yes, any automotive A/C or truck A/C shop can do the work, as it is the same system. Check the yellow pages, and maybe call to see if they can fit it in. Actually, I hust had mine serviced at a place in Delaware, whose service bays cannot take a motorhome, but their equipment rolls around the shop, so he just rolled it out the door, and had me pull up just to the workbay.
