Sounds like the compressor may have seized up causing the fuse to blow. Had this happen when the dryer piled up resulting in desiccant beads through the system. When you find the blown fuse, before you turn on the AC, have your co pilot watch the compressor clutch when you turn on the AC. If the drive belt starts smoking, the compressor is pouched. New compressor, clean out the entire system and new dryer assembly.
