Dash fan blower Resistor

Can anyone give me a heads-up on the location of the blower resistor on my '94 HR Navigator? '38 foot w/a Spartan chassis. I'm sure it's been dealt
with before if anyone can help it would be great.
Thank You,
Ken

We have discussed this on the forun "Are you a 93-96 Navigator owner" in length with some trouble shooting info posted.

It should be on the drivers side of the fan unit. Access via the front cover. Evans Tempco probably.

Do you know for certain that your system is an Evans ?
Name is moulded in the plastic housing on the outside of the firewall on mine.
If it is Evans and you can hear the fan, should give you a ball park location to start removing lower dash panels .
The picture I posted was taken from the step well looking up towards the center of the dash.
Here's a picture of the name cast in the plastic.

The photo showed the blower motor, Just to the viewer's left of the blower motor was a mult-blade type connector (Looked like 3 or 4 terminals) polorized, This attached to a plastic thing held into the blower housing with two screws.

That is what he was trying to show you, that is the part you are asking about, Very clear

What do I have to tear apart:
The connector needs to be labeled and carefully removed from the resistor assembly, and the two screws.. That is it. Very easy.

These are often put where they are easy to access, Mine is even easier.

Blower Resistor Location

First of all. Thanks to everyone for your interest. I found the resistor. It is accessible from the inside with some disassembly. There are 3 ducts on the passenger side bottom part of the dash. It is located directly behind the left side duct. Took the screws out of the bottom securing the cover to the floor. Pulled off the decorative rubber molding, drilled out the rivets, pulled the cover out which allowed easy access. It is a SGM Company unit. They shipped the part and then after the install it should be pretty easy to put it all together as good as new.

Thanks' to all once again.
Ken
