Dash Fans

I have a 2004 Hurricane Class A motor home. The driver and passenger 12 volt fans have quit working. I am very literate on mechanical and electrical and have checked my fuses and the continuity on the fans and all is good. They were working before. However I have no power to fuse connectors on the 12 volt fuse panel. Everything 12 volt works except these fans. I checked continuity on all the main fuses in the power distribution panel and these checked good. I am stumped here.
Thanks in advance for any help.

My dash fans have an On / Off switch. Is it On and is there 12v DC power there?
