Dash floor heat questions

We have a 2014 Fleetwood Excursion that has no drivers floor heat or air conditioning. When we drive in colder weather my wife's feet get so cold they hurt and go numb.

We took it to the dealer and they say that is just the way it is built -I think that is BS

Appreciate knowing if other coaches have no driver's floor heat.

Thanks

Our MH has 2 vent openings at knee level for driver. I was contemplating relocating them to floor level, but that means in warm weather the A/C is on my feet too, and I'd roast. So, now my plan is to install a "Y" behind the dash with a cable operated damper to direct flow to knee level or to a vent at feet level. It is however, low on the priority list.

I've got a couple of floor vents for heat, placement isn't great , but kind of adequate. Biggest problem I have is the defrost, flexible ducts, are exposed, outside the firewall and loose too much heat, before the air gets to the windshield; and that reminds me , that's on the to do list.

EDIT: Meant to lead off with this.
No floor heat vents; What were they thinking?
