Dash Removal on '94 Flair

Good evening,
I'm trying to install a tachometer on our '94 Flair 25Y and would like to remove the dash. It looks like two pop rivets are holding the front, but I'm concerned when they are drilled out what I will find.
Anybody out there have experience with an R&R of their dash, or know where to direct me?
Thanks,
Sam

By dash I mean the instrument cluster portion.

The instrument cluster is all one piece, I believe. You can remove the panel it is mounted in, but taking the actual cluster containing speedo, gas gauge, temp and charge gauges, odometer and turn signals is another matter. I'm sure it can be taken apart, but you might have to pry out or drill out some plastic tabs. You might look for the instrument cluster in a junk yard or ebay to have one to practice on.

Smile Dash / Instrument Cluster Removal on '94 Flair

Good morning,
Discovery!!
Fleetwood made the instrument panel hinged on the front. It lifts near the steering column and raises on a hinge closer to the windshield. Pretty slick, huh?
Now I can mount my tachometer to the left of the cluster and run the wiring to my light switch and distributor. I'm a real happy camper!
