Have tried that and even pulling one string a little tighter. Not sure why it is doing this.

What secret is there to get the crisp edges for the pleats? Do you have to remove them or use a spray starch and close them?

I heard spray starch works. When I cleaned ours I closed them tight until they dried then rehung them. Did spray a little starch on the night/top portion after they were rehung then closed them up again.
