Bought our AC from O'connor in Chilliwack BC, pretty good experience as well. BTW, I saw a new Excursion by Fleetwood while I was there, very nice entry (pusher) coach with a cool drop down bed over the front seats. Don't make the most common mistake....buying something then realizing later you should have bought something bigger!! If you are towing a car, you should get a diesel.
geez, i guess all the people towing cars with gas coaches should stop. Thats kind of a silly statement dude. Ive towed cars 200,000 miles with a gas coach

Thank you for the excellent advice, if this was possible we would have the best of both worlds (the good dealer and the product the exact way we want it), I think I tried this with the sales guy, but he said the Numar production line wasn't capable of meeting our request (the main issue is that the TV is right behind the sink and counter, creating two problems; one being how difficult it would be to prepare a meal and not stand in front of people trying to watch TV and the other being splashed water onto the TV-the sink and TV are very close, the sales guy said he hadn't thought of this issue until my wife pointed it out$. We will explore your advice though

Thank you for this excellent insight, we will look into it, if it were possible to have the wonderful dealer and great product with issues resolved (our main issue is how the main TV is right next to the kitchen sink and counter, thereby obstructing everyone's view when preparing food and the risk of water splashing onto the TV) then we'd have it all. I did ask the sales guy about this and I think he said that if we had to have the bunkhouse model (which we do) then we had no choice, but I'll look onto it further. Much appreciate.

Hi Tisha,
Purchase the Newmar. The Newmar dealership network (USA and Canada) helps out of town owners as a matter of having their dealership. Newmar has an annual award they give a dealer for providing outstanding service to a traveling guest. Newmar takes service very seriously. That is one reason their dealership network is the size it is. If there is not a Newmar dealer close to where you are. One gives them a call and they will steer you toward a local shop where service can be performed. Lastly, if you have a preferred dealer, give them a call and they will call the dealer and see if they will let them service your coach.

Personally, I would not set foot on the Fraserway lot. I went there to look at MH's a few tears ago and was treated like a child. They will never see me again.

Bucar's on the other hand were very courteous and good to talk to to. I did not purchase our Newmar from them but have had occasion to use their service department and parts department a few times and was very happy with the result in all instances. You will not be disappointed with the Newmar product.
