Diagnostic connector location

I have been looking for the "diagnostic connector" on my 92 HR F53. Does anybody know where it is. Or, is there one? I have no need for it now but would like to know in case I should need it in the future.

I have both an OBDI II and round diagnostic connector located next to the left side of my steering wheel shaft. It is just out of sight below the dash. I have a driver side door that makes it easy to get to.

I found mine loose under the dash near the steering shaft. It had a snap lid over it.
