For those of you with good Diamond Shield, wax it twice a year so you don't have to remove it any time soon. I use NuFinish.

Keep it treated with 303 Protectant too.

I just finished removing the Diamond Shield on our coach and am currently working on removing the glue. Awful stuff!

You are probably removing a 3M film product. Visit your local NAPA store and get some 3M film removal solvent. That should get rid of the glue.

X2 on the 3M heavy duty adhesive remover. But also get some good solvent proof rubber gloves, and a plastic razor scraper with lots of spare blades. The solvent softens very well, but adhesive gel back pretty quickly. I used the blades to scrape the glue in to rows while soft then into gobs to pull off. Long tedious cruddy job but the front looks so much better!!
