Well there you go, listen to DW, those people are the ones that came up with "if it's not broke, don't fix it". Like Funhaus said, ease away from those stop signs and red lights, but I would still play with it on the open road. More symptoms, better diagnoses.

Problems

I had a 2001 ISB. Great when they run right. Absolutely do the filters first. I always carry an extra fuel filter. You never know what your getting at the pump some times.
I had similar problems. Started skipping under load but not always. Long story short. Several filters, 3 lift pumps and 2 injector pumps later still no resolve. I was so frustrated I sold it and took a 25k hit. The new owner kept in touch and said he found it to be the # 10 main engine fuse poor connection. He replaced it and never had another issue.

Good luck

Why would a fuel issue cause the computer to surge the speedo?

Look for one of these inside the frame rail.

Update

We came home today due to heavy chances of rain coming to our area tomorrow. The engine worked perfectly with no issues. Don't know if it was the Seafoam or just blind good luck. I filled up past the point where the pump cut off several times to make sure it was really full. I will keep an eye on it and maybe take it on the road just to drive during long storage times.

Thanks for your input and suggestions.

That hidden filter along frame has ruined a few holidays. My mech corrected this problem instantly for a guy that was going thru hell and actually wrote a statement for him to try and recover thousands of dollars spent , filters , lift pumps , top end of engine tore down and repeated trips haulted by restricted fuel that required towing (Ugh). He is suing the shop for his $10,000 + expenses on parts and labor that were not needed. It was only the filter along the frame. My question is , who puts this in line filter , hidden along frame on a MH. Is it the engine manufacture or the MH manufacture. I was told only the odd MH has this little pest. Thks.

Here's another picture of that frame mounted fuel filter. It is a 104 micron in-line pre-filter. If left in place for many miles or many years without replacement, it will clog and limit the fuel to the engine. This filter is usually mounted to the inside of the passenger side frame rail above, but in the proximity of the right rear air suspension bag. In this picture the top of that right air bag is visible in the lower right of the picture.

I find it amazing that you had your coach serviced but really don't know what hey did.
I would look for another service center.
You should always get a fully detailed bill.

Where would the engine fuses be located?
