Diesel fuel available on US395 between Barstow and S Lake Tahoe?

We are planning a trip out west this year in late May/early June and will be heading to S Lake Tahoe after leaving Sedona. We'll be in our 40' Winnebago Vectra DP and after searching online maps haven't found any diesel other than small gas stations (which are hard to maneuver through with a toad).
Are there larger stations or truck stops that sell diesel with easy access around Big Pine or Mammoth?

Bishop has one on the east side of the road when you come into town from the south. A good size area with a lot of room.

Lee's Chevron on just south of Lone Pine can be accessed with an RV and Lone Pine Mobil on the north side of Lone Pine. Last week Lee's Chevron was about .50 a gallon more for diesel fuel than Lone Pine Mobil.

Thanks for the info!

That helps a lot, thanks.

I can see them on Google maps street view and they should work just fine.

Lived in Bishop for many years - the advice given above is correct. Have a fun trip!

X3. Huge open driveway and pump islands. Keep you're eyes peeled as you head north out of Independence. It's on the left about a mile out and it comes up pretty quick. Shell on the east side of 395 in Bishop that was mentioned is not bad either but usually a bit more expensive. After Bishop up past Bridgeport there's not much and what's there is very pricey.

Fuel in Bishop, California then fuel in Carson City, Nevada. After Carson City, Nevada you can make it to Tahoe with out any trouble. Have lived in all these places.

Ditto on this one. I always top off here coming back from Sparks in Sept each year. Install Trucker Path on your smart phone free on Google Play. It'll show you truck stops and weigh stations on your route. Lots of trucks travel 395 because Sparks NV has become a major shipping hub.

What i would do is fill up in Barstow at the Kenwood exit...lots of truck stations there...or continue on Hwy 58 to Kramer Jct (we call it Four Corners) and there is a Pilot station there. From there, you will have enough fuel to go north on 395 and then stop at the Silver City RV Resort just south of Carson City. They have diesel there and it's a good place to spend the night and head out on hwy 50 the next day. Hwy 50 is only a couple of miles from the Silver City RV Resort entrance. However, that's a long day's travel. Might want to stop in Bishop over night, or even go on to Mammoth and stay there.

If you feel the need to add fuel between those two points, I too recommend the Fort Independence Travel Center.

Good luck and enjoy your trip.

Ron
