Wow, I don't think an RV accident with unknown consequences is a matter to joke about. I hope everyone involved is okay.

You know the old urban myth about the RV driver who engaged the "Auto Pilot" (Cruise control) and went back to the galley to make himself a sandwich.................

(Naa I'm sure that is not what hapened)

However on a more serious note.. Heart attacks DO cause that kind of thing.
