Discovery 40x Starting issues

I have a 2010 Spartan Chassis. When I turn on the key and let everything power up...then go to the start position with the switch...nothing happens. The only way I can start is by turning the key immediately to the start position overriding the time delay. The fuse block in the rear compartment was changed today with no luck. Also can hear the neutral switch relay on that fuse block buzzing when engine is running. I wonder is Spartan missed this and the neutral switch is not allowing the engine to start normally. Anyone out there had this issue before? I'm new here...
Thanks...Elvis

I had a similar problem with an intermittent "start" problem. I would wait, then turn to start. Sometimes it would start and sometimes it would do nothing. I live in WI so it was easier for me to take it to Spartan in Charlotte MI. They fixed it pretty quickly as it was a loose wire somewhere. I would call them directly, they are really good over the phone in helping you troubleshoot. Good luck !

Thanks Gary. Unfortunately, The authorized Spartan Chassis folks in my area, Louisiana seem to do only what Spartan recommends to them. They don't go beyond pulling and inspecting wires from the switch through all the relays to the fuse block. Curious what Spartan recommends to them next.

Paul, Sorry you're having trouble. I have great luck in talking with Charlie Fisher at Spartan. He is the best guy in the company, in my opinion. Good luck !
