I carry a unmounted spare in the foreword basement under the slide. That's the bay we save for items that we wouldn't need while set up . We keep fresh water hose, flare kit, jack pads inside that 22" hole.

When I purchased my new frt tires I kept the best one. During forum searching saw a pic of where to store it. Mine fits in the basement storage under the slide. In the center is a milk crate with spare fluids filters and serpitine belt. The little giant ladder sits on top of this nicely as well
