You guys are going to love this picture. The elderly couple in the smaller trailer thought it was neat being parked side by side.

The only thing that would make it more complete would be a few tents on the other side. We actually love being in the middle of family groups out for a weekend of camping.

Now, not all guys & gals with large/pricey MHs are like this, I've met some really nice ppl in my travels. Folks that compliment the furnishings of their neighbor's hundred year old travel trailer, but trust me, I'm going to say 3/4s of them are stuck up, much how like 3/4s of those who drive a Bentley think they're just a little bit better (yep, I just threw out the "better than you" line, how cliché).

I currently a 37ft Class A w/slides, and it may not have cost a half a millski, but I have had guys that won't talk about their smaller/older rigs when we're chatting, just because they think mine is so nice, and that theirs isn't worth even mentioning. I tell 'em "they're all just big vans with couches & sinks at the end of the day. Even the most expensive ones".

To those that appreciate RVing in all its forms, congrats! you get it! to all those others that roll their eyes at pop-up trailers....just remember, that person probably OWNS his pop-up trailer free and clear. You probably can't say the same thing about your new 40ft+. But in the end, it really doesn't matter what you own or make payments on, if you love RVings, and you can appreciate that it comes in many different forms, then you get it. Regardless of if it's a 500k 45ft bus, or an old $500 trailer, we all have tanks to empty and wet grass to walk through.
Yes Sir, I will have to agree-- i have respect for every person out there camping in whatever they have. After over 20 years in construction in the western states, Driving Semis paving and chip sealing Highways from Wa,Id,Nv,Mo,Ut,Ca,Az. That alot of you have traveled over.
Raising my kids and spending endless hours in RVS. Ive had TTs,5th wheels,
and was proud of what i had and thanked the lord for letting me have it.
They gave me a roof over my head working for the trucking companys . Now my kids are out and have familys of there own me and my wife can settle down and relax. Ill tell you what i made sure i upgraded to a Class A from the 5th wheel. Not a half mill unit but nice enough and we love any camper highpriced or tent its all about the relaxation that comes with it and the respect and admiration and freedom of being out there fresh air, breeze, and comrodery of us all that makes it fun. Now my wife can lay her pretty little head down and relax with me and we worked our way up to it and proud of it and any RVer in the camp ground young or old, big or small is welcome at our campsite we'll always have a drink waiting, thats just who my wife is ,very lovely person, deserves a little more room now. And personally after breaking my body down over the years i want relaxation now to and more room for the grandkids my little grandson will be born Sept 28, 2012

I agree with u Rmiscoord, I feel more uneasy in my own driveway than I do at any campground...I told the neighbor I was going to buy a new truck to pull the trailer and came home with a class c, than a year later traded the c for class a and really felt somewhat out of place....But we worked hard for it and I am sure he doesn't think twice about his boat in the driveway or the Harley in his garage....To each his own, and loving it all....

Isn't that the butler quarters? lol.

Personally i don't care what other people think and I don't care what they own.

that's why what we all own has wheels. we can always move somewhere else.
