Do you use your dishwasher ???

So if you have a dishwasher in your coach - do you use it or is it storage?

Yes. It's a dish drawer, Fisher & Payke. It works very well, and is nearly silent. We use it far more than we thought we would. Seems water efficient.
Plus, when hand washing a few items we use it as a drying tray.
Items travel well in it also, so it can be storage.

Happy motoring

It seems we don't use ours as much as it needs to be used.
By that I mean, I turn it on to circulate and refresh the water through it more than washing dishes. DW prefers hand washing, I get volunteered to help, and we just decided to go with mostly disposable table ware.
Jury is still out on this decision.

Do/did you use one in your house? Why would the MH be any different.
Yes we use ours all the time. Typical every three days because we only have six coffee cups. However we have been known to had wash a coffee cup in an emergency.

Yes, once a day. Breakfast and dinner dishes, we are usualy away for lunch.

As another said, we pretty much do the same as home, we have a FP as well, and it does a great job, and is very quite.

Full-timing in our 40' Travel Supreme trailer, we used our dish washer just like we did in the prior S&B house. We are still using the Travel Supreme for the winter.

WE now have a Bounder fpr our summer travel and have to hand wash dishes as we use them. Using the dish washer is more convenient.

I personally hate the dishwasher. I would rather have the space for storage. How hard is it to hand wash dishes for 2 people? Yes I have a dishwasher at home but don't want one for the rig.

We use the one in the house but not in the motorhome so much. First coach to have one so just in the habit of hand washing in the motorhome I guess. This thread will prompt me to use it today. (-:

We use ours just like we do at home - about every other day.
