Docking lights on with blinkers?

I bought these for the side of my HR. I want them to come on when I put the coach in reverse and when I'm signaling while driving. Is this configuration possible, legal? I know on American Eagles they have this feature built into the Cadillac headlights in the mid to late 90's units.

It might be possible but very complex to accomplish and not a very common combination of lighting.

Docking lights on with blinkers?

In CA they would be legal with reverse lights, but illegal with turn signals. I have a similar set that I will be installing soon and I plan to power them with rocker switches (one for each side). I don't always need them on while backing, but they will come in handy when setting up camp in the dark, with the engine off.

In my opinion hooking them up to your reverse lights would be fine. As to having them work with your turn signal, I would say is illegal. The ones I have put out some bright light when I am backing into a site. They have the potential of blinding someone at night. If you want to have mid rv turn lights come on when you engage your blinker, I would put yellow lights on the sides.
