I too am considering Liquid Roof for my old roof. Any special cleaners/methods/primers required before application?

Thanks in advance

This rubber roof needed help and turned out pretty good.

My 16 year old roof was recovered with Liquid Roof last year and looks brand new. Liquid Roof is actually a liquid EPDM and actually bonds with the original, not just covering it.
Kool Seal Top Coat is made to bond with EPDM roofs. I guess it depends on how safe you want to be to protect your roof. Also depends on climate you live in and wheather or not your MH is parked outside or inside. Don't know about the product at lowe's or home depot. You do what you want with your roof and I'll do what I want with my roof. Fair enough?

Kool Seal makes a EDPM rubber roof coating that requires a primer/cleaner just like the Dicor product. They even seem to cost about the same in a quick Google shopping look. I was cautioning about the Lowes product because it doesn't say anything about EDPM roof membrane, just metal, tile, and gravel.
