Dometic RM 1350 ice maker water line ruptured.

Has anyone ever replaced awater line on an RM1350. Mine is leaking from the rear of the fridge at the top left side. Can’t find any instructions.

The water is coming out of the area where the hose enters the back of the fridge.

The area where the ice maker hose enters the back of the freezer is unpressurized. The pressure stops at the solenoid up stream of where the line enters the back of your freezer. You may have an ice dam that has developed where the water enters the icemaked. Empty and defrost that one section of the freezer; I just open the door and put a fan in there and leave the unit powered and cooling the rest of itself. Dry it out after a few hours of open and fan running, then try to make ice again. Don't forget to lift the ice maker arm to shut off the ice maker while defrosting.
