I leveling my coach in manual mode from the beginning, using a bubble level on the kitchen counter. My automatic leveling always wants to get the tires off the ground before it self levels and then I still have to bump one side up a bit. Try manual mode and only lift as little as necessary to level.

The indicator lights on my leveling system are slightly off. I use a separate bubble level, have no wracking problems.
