DOT Brake Check, Owner-Mechanic Question

I believe this applies to all motorhomes with air brakes.

Spartan has a checklist for inspecting systems, and I've run the Air Plumbing and DOT Brake checks for my coach.

Everything seemed okay, except for a few items. I thought someone out there might've run this gauntlet, be able to help.

When I bled the wet tank (the silver or gray lanyard), I suffered a 20 PSI drop on my Front Air guage. Plus, during the parking brake release there was no bleed down on the Rear gage, but the Front dropped to 62 PSI from over 100 PSI.

According to Spartan, this is not correct. Before I take it to a service center, is there anything else to check?
