Cool New Allegro 36LA still need ext. warranty? towbar.

I'm picking up my new 2012 Allegro 36LA next week in Portland, OR. Not sure if I need an extended warranty maybe I won't need it for the 1st year? I heard Tiffin is a great MH and they take care of you.

Is it advisable to install the tow-bar myself or have it installed by a professional? Myself never installed one otherwise i'm pretty handy and try installing/fixing anything with success before going for help.

any help on these matters are greatly appreciated.

Congrats! I saw that one on my way to work. Did ya get the price down? I almost called to take a look at it. Just not ready yet. Glad it found a good home.

Then you plug into a regular 15 amp receptical on the campground post and run both ACs without them shedding. I've done this on 2 motorhomes so far. There was an outfit called Power Solutions that offered a kit for this. I agree that this may be a pain but other than that, we've had no problems with the motorhome and think it is a good coach with excellent factory backup.
Our last RV was a 30 amp service in a Winnebago. I didn't find it devistating to own although we didn't spend our time down in the tropics. Most RV campsites we have seen only had 30 amp service.

I have a 50 amp service in my HR now and have to use my reducer to 30.
