Everyone's "State Law's" pertaining to a LLC is different, In Penna. , the only law stipulation was that the Coach could not enter the state for a period of 6 months, after that .....OK. I was nervous, and paid the tax's and sense have studied up on the laws in my state....... In 5 years, retire, heading west, a LLC will own my upgrade when the time comes and also what is being towed.

If you no longer will be a PA resident then it should be fairly easy to put together, but if not, be careful. I have two clients going through residency audits right now and these have got to be the worst audits I've seen. Remember that even if you are right you have to PROVE you are right and that can be an expensive proposition. The expense of you proving your position may exceed the sales tax you would pay.
