Took a driving safety course through my husband's company and the instructor told us to monitor the distance we were looking down the road. He said if you were looking too close to the front of your vehicle, you are constantly adjusting you speed, vehicle placement, and etc... If you look further down the road, there will be more consistancy thus less tension.

Could be your gettin old like the rest of us. Get a Vicadon and a Bud Lite when your done driving. Works for me. (Wife looks better also)

Good "stay relaxed" rule:

Do NOT listen to "talk" radio when driving.

Use one of those neck pillows they sell at truck stops, it helps me.

I'm sure being behind the wheel of a different rig has alot to do with it. I'm sure you'll learn to just relax as you did driving the previous rig. Take care and have a great time.
