Drivers door window

Hi there. I have a 1994 coachman santara. The drivers door window does not want to go down. I'm not sure if it ever was used. There is power and when I push the down button you can see it wants to go down. There is a tug but the window seems to be stuck or sealed. Any suggestions? I don't want to damage anything. Thanks for your help.

You might try to expose the mechanism by taking off the inside door panel. Detach the lift arm/motor and try moving it by hand. It might just be stuck, but perhaps a previous owner immobilized it to stop a rattle or something.

Thanks. I will try that. The mechanism seems to be pulling down. Maybe the weather stripping on the outside is stuck. I'll check inside as well
