Dryer vent replacement?

I would like to replace the square plastic dryer vent with a chrome vent. What has others used to replace the OEM vent. I am looking at this one https://www.amazon.com/Westland-VID4.../dp/B002UC8QJI but I am not sure how it works and how it opens. Does the chrome cover attach to the vent flap and open when the dryer comes on, and if so, I am afraid it will open while traveling? Anyone install this model that can tell me how it works?
Any other idea's will be welcomed.
Here is a photo of my vent now.....

That chrome cover is only a cover... (which covers/hides the vent flap).

The vent flap opens whenever the dryer running, (blowing air out)... and while driving if the air pressure in the coach is greater than the outside air pressure.
It also opens momentarily if/when the entry door is closed rapidly.
