Dual air conditioners won't run together

Just bought a 2005 Country Coach Alure 430 and when hooked up to 50A shore power I can only get the rear unit to run full time. This includes all modes. We're using 630516 roof-top units with a single 3109228.001 control center. Duo-Thern says I'm switching zones correctly and the two should run together or singly. When trying to start zone 1, zone 2 will come on instead. When the zone 1 unit tries to start, it isn't putting out anything in any mode and will shut itself off after a few minutes of trying. It's probably the nut behind the wheel rather than a defective pump, so what's up guys?

Npoe, not he nut behind the wheel....sounds perhaps like a starting capacitor on the #1 unit. Not a difficult fix...

Back to a 5'er after 4 yrs fulltime.

Another posibility....

When my rig was nearly new (less than six months out of the factory) I had problems much like yours.

Turns out many RVers have a few screws loose.. One of the screws that holds the wires in my main power distribution panel took over two full turns before it snugged down, and more to tighten. (you thought I meant a different type of screw perhaps).

check for bad connections, I'd start in the breaker box. ALL wires, unplug first.
Home is where I park it!
