Dual panes are not problem free. Ask what brand of windows? I have HEIR windows and they fog bad. Coast to remove and repair approx. 500 per window. I might suggest that you call Suncoast Designers in Hudson, FLorida and ask them which brand of windows do they have to fix MOST and what brand do they rarely see. Many MH mfg use the cheaper windows for a price point advantage on their list price. Get the very best window, best brand if there is one. safe travels....ed
