I just read a blog on Crossfire airsystem for dualles. Anyone familiar with this system From what I've read it would seem to be be the perfect inflation system.

I've been using the Link Cat's Eye tire pressure equalizers, (which are similar to the Crossfires), on my rear duallys since '01, (for over 112k miles with NO problems).

X2 on the Link Cats Eye system... I've had it on my last two rigs and I love it. A friend has the Crossfire system and in my (probably biased) opinion, the Cats Eye system seems to be better quality. They both work great though... I think they are around the same price.

We've been using Crossfire system for 3 years.....It sure is handy to be able to determine at a glance that those dual rear tires are at the proper pressure.
I'd buy them again.

We used crossfire on our fleet of heavy oilfield trucks for years. They worked great. I'm getting ready to install them on my rig.

4 years using crossfire - no problems. They make it easy to check/air up those PIA duallies.

I bought a set, but did not like them. I prefer using Dually valves along with a TPMS.

This is a an important comment abut using TPMS. I did not mention that I still use TPMS on all axles, with now using only one to cover each dual set.
I had some help today via PM's with Tireman9, and he pointed out the importance of TPMS. I confirmed with him that I'm TPMS equipped, and I too recommend the small investment for such a system. It really can save a life, your's - and others, by preventing a blowout.
Best,
Smitty
