Yes, the new units will drop right in providing you are replacing them with the same manufacturer and similar model. If you switch brands/models then all bets are off.

Make sure you seal the connection really well between the duct opening and the new A/C with foil tape once it is in place. Also seal any holes that you can see in the duct work itself.
