East Coast Traveling

Thinking about going from Cape Canaveral, Florida up the East coast to about Virginia and was just wondering about any "must see" or any "must stay at " rv parks along the way! We have about a month and a half to do this before we trek from wherever we are at that time to Missouri by October!

Not RV Parks but three nice state parks along the way are:

Hunting Island State Park
Edisto Island State Park
Huntington Beach State Park

All have wonderful beaches. Huntington is near some really great seafood, golf courses, and of course that origonal tourist trap known as Myrtle Beach.

Outer Banks of North Carolina are well worth a visit. Camping 30 miles out in the ocean is pretty neat in itself.

We really enjoyed touring the Antietam battlefield, Sharpsburg Maryland. Stayed at a Yogi Bear CG, very convenient.
