EcoRV Pro
We had the EcoRV Pro exterior shield applied to our new 2015 motorcoach and after 3 years it looks terrible. We contacted the warranty company and they sent a gentlemen out to reapply and it looks worst now than when he started. We contacted the warranty company again and they informed us that it is a defect in the paint. I then called Thor Motor Coach and they informed me that the motorcoach has not been painted, it is gel coated. I then called the warranty company to cancel and they informed me that it is a non-cancellable warranty. So we are out $1,250.00. Has anyone else had this experience and if so, what did you do.:

I suggest you contact the dealer that sold you the snake oil "protection" in the first place. Assuming you also bought some type of extended warranty coverage, but I'd be suprised that they would cover a surface protection product anyway.
TMC told you it is gelcoated, but it would be very unusual for there not to be at least "some" painted graphics, unless you've got vinyl decals.

What coach do you have? Most 2015's are painted, or at least clear-coated, though the front & rear caps may be gel coat fiberglass.
That said, the EcoRV company is probably blowing smoke at you. And if their product only works on painted Rvs, they should have refused to apply it to an unpainted RV to begin with. Of course, the RV dealer who sold it to you just wanted the commission - it's a high profit item for him.
Your choices are to take dealer & EcoRV to small claims court or to chalk it up to experience and move on.

Never let anyone apply anything but good wax to newer coaches. Mine has 2 clear coats.
Mine still looks great. Purchased March 2015
