I am thinking about buying a 2004 Fleetwood Discovery 39L. I have one concern. When you start the coach the radio and backup camera does not come on. Any suggestions to the problem?

Does the backup camera come on in reverse? You should just be able to turn it on manually.
And the radio may have a switch on the dash to turn it on.

Those are trivial compared to what you should check over on the MH; appliances, LP system, and roof.

Speakers may have switch to change between radio and surround sound amplifiers.

On our friend's 04 Discovery, the radio switch on the radio must be turned on for the radio to work when the ign switch is on. There is also a radio switch on the dash that will operate the radio when the ign switch is off. The back up camera has a switch on the front of the monitor that allows you to manually set the backup camera on when the ign switch is on. BTW, these switches work the same on our Expedition.

Same here...and, with the ignition off, the master radio switch on the dash turns on the system, then the radio must be turned on as well.
