Question Electrical issue

2013 Fleetwood Storm Ford Chassis, Aux battery switch is tripping off(no 12v power) when not on shore power, generator not on or coach ignition is not on. All batteries checked out good, all battery connections replaced and or cleaned and tightned.
When coach ignition is started the aux (12v) indicator comes on after a few minutes and everthing functions normally. When ignition is turned off the aux indicator will turn off after 5 to 10 minutes and you can hear a relay/solenoid trip. Attached is an image of the relay that trips.

What could be causing this relay to trip?

I'd disconnect the wires that control the solenoid, see if it still trips. (bad solenoid) If it stops tripping, you'll know somehow wires got messed up during cleaning terminals.
