electrical problem?? with new steps

Hi everyone from the newby.

Recently had new steps installed by RV repair shop and have taken it back 2 times so far because whenever the slides are put out on house batteries there is a clicking sound coming from under the dash. So far they have replaced relay switches but when we get it home so we can open the slides the sound is still there and my belief is that they somehow have the wiring to the steps incorrect because the sound only started after we got the new steps put in.
Is this possible or am I barking up the wrong tree totally?
Any thoughts on this would be helpful as I am no mechanic whatsoever and am frustrated.

It is possible. Someone is going to have to isolate what is making the clicking sound and go from there.
