When plugged into 50 amp service the AC Voltage keeps turning on and off every minute, not tripping breaker. Any ideas whats causing this?

Do you know if you have a surge guard type protection system incorporated with the service of the coach? It could be this or even a bad transfer switch. Do you have and know how to use a multi-meter? I would recommend starting at the junction point of the power cord and checking connections and troubleshoot at that point. If you are uncomfortable with working with live voltages, get a qualified person to do so.

First thing I'd check is "will the genny run all the A/c loads properly?

If yes, I'd know the coach systems were good, and there was a problem with the transfer switch, or possibly the inverter, depending on the systems in the coach.

What year make and model coach is it?

Everything works fine with the Gen running only happens when plugged into AC Yes I can use a multimeter and am not scared of working hot.

This certainly sounds like a powerline monitor (built in or add-on) that is interrupting service because it detects a power line problem. Something like low voltage, open neutral, wrong frequency, etc. It could be a legitimate problem, or it could be the monitor is making false reports. Mine failed in 2008 and started reporting open ground whenever it was hot in the bay where it was mounted (part of the transfer switch). If I drove all day in hot weather, I would get intermittent false errors until it cooled down.

Ok the coach has a Levitron Surge Protetor. When the Coach is plugged in to AC service with nothing running the green lights are on. The minute I turn the Air Conditioner on it trips and the red light comes on. The Surge Protector plate says to change it if this is happening.

If all of the connections are clean and tight ahead of the Surge Protector and it continues to trip, the Surge Protector is bad.

When you say your coach has a Levitron surge protector do you mean GFI? I'm just not familiar with that brand. If possible can you bypass the surge protector? They usually have a bypass switch. If not you will have to connect the power cable to the transfer switch.
