electrical switch

I just bought a 2004 Dolphin 5355 and I have an electrical on/off switch in the rear electrical compartment. I was wondering if anyone knew what this was for. I have switched it on and off and can't figure out what is does!

Need more info about the coach. What chassis is the coach on? Is it a diesel coach? Could it be for an engine block heater?

Mrpardee: I recently bought same unit as yours. The switch is for reducing the circuit to A/C heat pump when you are plugged into 30 amp shore power. This keeps the 2nd. stage from trying to run under low power. Switch to "on" when using 50 amps. I went nuts till someone explained it to me too. finally found it in the manual section . good luck.
