Engine access from the top

I have a 2006 Itasica Winneabago pusher. C7- 350 cat and I would like to get to the motor from the top. How does the floor come up. Can't seem to figure it out. It's a 40KD.

There should be access panels in the floor in the back of the MH

Don't know about your floor plan but ours is under the bed and there is a large metal panel that has to be unbolted and lifted out.

On mine I have 1 screw each corner. There are in-bedded in carpet. You really have to look and feel to find them. Hope this helps

Our last coach had four bolts hidden in the carpet in the rear of the MH. They are there, but sometimes hard to find.

Try dragging a small magnet slowly around the carpet edges and see if it snags on a screw head. On my coach, the screws were pretty well hidden in the pile of the carpet.
