A shout out to the delivery team at Albany RV. We just took delivery of an Entegra Anthem from Albany RV. This is the second time we purchased from RV One and the first time we took delivery from their Albany store. Not only did we buy what we believe to be the best coach at this price point, but we bought from the dealer we believe offers the best overall buying experience. We cannot say enough good things about them, and if we could award 6 stars we would. We recommend RV One, and particularly the Albany store, without any reservations! Of particular note is the exceptional (emphasis added) service provided by Ron and his delivery team. The service tech, Paul, who performed our demo exceeded our expectations. He obviously knows Entegras but more importantly he could explain how everything worked in a manner that we could understand. He was extremely well organized and did not rush the demo. He took whatever time we needed to answer all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he made sure he got the answer. Because we bought an Entegra there was very little that we found wrong with the coach, but even more important than the demo was the effort Ron and Paul made to address all the concerns we did identify. They even came back more than once to re-explain things. They were truly committed to not let us leave until we were 110% satisfied. Bottom line for us is that not only does RV One have the lowest prices and an exceptional sales and finance TEAM, we can’t imagine any dealership offering a better delivery experience. Thank you, Ron, Paul and the entire Albany RV team.

Well, I beg to differ.

My experience with my delivery from Orlando RV exactly mirrors yours.

So, I have no way to know if Albany is a better delivery experience than Orlando, but Orlando RV does a great job, too.

We took delivery of our first Anthem from Orlando, and I agree completely with you; Orlando does do a GREAT job. Because of that the bar at Albany RV was set very high. Now that we can compare both, IOHO, Albany has the edge.

BTW, when I wrote, Bottom line for us is that not only does RV One have the lowest prices and an exceptional sales and finance TEAM, we can’t imagine any dealership offering a better delivery experience, by referring to RV One, I was trying to refer to the entire operation.

We enjoyed our first ride yesterday as we make our way from Albany RV to Goshen for Homecoming.

If this is an attempt to get me to trade our almost brand new '18 for a totally new '19 at Albany, it's not gonna work.

Glad you had a great experience in Albany. The only, very minor disappointment with our Orlando experience was that their location could have been more convenient. It's good to know that they're busy preparing to move to a new location.
