Entry Door Adjustment

I have 1999 Safari Continental coach.

Is there a way to adjust the entry door so it closes easier?

It appears the top door hinges have allowed the door not to square in the frame.

Most of the time it is hard to close. I have checked the latch bolt in the frame. It is tight.

When we first got our coach, I asked a long time friend and DP owner how I could fix the door so I could close it without slamming it hard. He said don't touch it, it has a very tight fit and that's what you want.

I have "adjusted" mine by placing a 2x4 along the upper front edge of the door and tapping it with a hammer. That pushed the hinge enough to restore the gaps.

Your door problem may be different.
