Entry door won't completely close
Maybe somebody can help with this issue. We have an '06 Damon Astoria MH and the entry door will not completely latch when the coach is on the levelers. It will close if you use your palm near the deadbolt and slam it, never from inside though. I have to pull the door in until I can turn the deadbolt. When off the levelers it closes just fine. I'm assuming it tweaks just enough to throw the door adjustment off, i can see where it's hitting the latch on top of the door strike.
I searched the forums and found plenty of adjustment issues and solutions. I know this can't be specific to the mfgr or the model. I manually adjust the levelers as the auto mode seems pretty violent imo lol. My concern is if I adjust so it closes on the levelers it won't close when off. Anyone else have this issue?
