I too am interested in this topic. The screen door in ours was too damaged for even a repair so I've been looking for a full replacement. Thought I found one at Costco but apparently my interpretation of 80" tall and theirs differ greatly.

There are many salvage yards in the US. Maybe one has your door?

Update! I found a company in California called All-Rite.com that cuts these to order... will run me about $500 to get screen back up to Oregon! Really cool company check them out!
