Exercising RV Systems With Adco Cover On

I have a Class A Motorhome which is in storage for up to two months at a time. I like to do the monthly system exercises of the generator and Aqua Hot. I have a full Adco cover. Does anyone have any experience in checking systems with the cover on? I don't plan to turn the engine on at this time but would also like to know if this would cause a problem. I would first roll up the four sides to just above any vents etc.
