Extra counter space for winnebago forza 38r

Looking for a way to add extra kitchen counter space in our forza 38r. Something foldable that could easily be stored when not in use, possibly behind drivers seat. Have thought about servers tray table that you see in restaurants or Lifetime personal table 20" x 30" with adjustable height. Any ideas/suggestions out there? Just something to add an extra area when doing dishes, eating meals, etc. And looking for an inexpensive solution. Some folding kitchen carts pretty expensive.

Our Vista has a fold up counter at the end of the kitchen counter by the sink. Do you have room for something like this? Been a while since I looked at the 38R. You can see what I mean at the lower left corner of the picture.

I hate to say it but you have no counter space, a foldable table is your only option. Have you tried either Camping World or custom made furniture web sites?

I have just adapted. Do all my prep work and as i finish each I move it out of the way then just don't get in the way when I start cooking...that said some extra space would be nice. However if in your travels you have a chance to tour a submarine take a look at the galley and the number of meals that they had to put out each day in that space.
