Falcon Zero F170HD Dash Cam

Just got my dash cam and got it installed but can't determine how or where to best position the GPS module. I have installed the camera in my 2004 Fleetwood Southwind on the upper left passenger windshield. Any Ideas of where best to stick the GPS module so it can see all the satellites up in the big blue yonder ?? Instructions have no mention other than to attach it.

If the GPS antenna cable has to be plugged in, you could install it on the roof or just put it on the dash.

I have been looking into purchasing a dashcam and the Falcon Zero F170 is at the top of my list as far as value/features. Please let us know how pleased you are with the unit after your first outing. Thanks

Got an answer from Falcon Zero. They say place the GPS module so that it faces the sky on the dash. Sounds good to me and that's what I kind of thought the answer was going to be. Left it on all night. Will soon down load and see if Big Foot passed in front of the coach last night.
