Fantastic Customer Service

I want to give credit to the fantastic customer service I received from Fan-Tastic Vent company.

I have an automatic fan in our bathroom area that stopped working for me. I contacted customer service through email and quickly received instructions on how to reset the system. The reset attempts failed so off went another email to customer service. They responded by sending me a brand new circuit board. Today I installed the board and everything is now as it should be.

Even given the age of my unit, they covered it under warranty with no charge. Great customer service. They now have another customer for life.

We all read the complaints about the lack of service, I felt this company deserved the credit for the superb customer service they provide.

That's interesting. Several months ago I contacted Fantastic about the gear mechanism on our fan in the Dolphin. $50.00+ later I received my replacement parts being told there is only a one year warranty on the fans. No cudos from me!

I know that Fan-Tastic previously had a lifetime warranty, that was before they were purchased by Atwood Products. Atwood limited the time of the warranty to either one or three years.

I am still very pleased with the service I received. I fully expected to pay for whatever parts were needed, pleasantly surprised when the invoice read 0.
