Call Fantastic Vent (800-521-0298), they probably still have them. If not maybe they can suggest a replacement.

This is a one man operation, very nice fellow to talk with on the phone. I needed a new frame for a Fantastic vent (mine was cracked) and Fantastic, now that Atwood has taken them over, will not sell the frame. Adohen had some new take off frames where they had gone from a tall one to a near flush one. The hole pattern has changed on them and so I had to redrill my holes, but it worked fine. Lady at Atwood was surprised to hear that he had the frames (said he had a good number of them) and she commented that she would steer customers looking for frames to him.

If he can help you, he prefers payment via Paypal.
