fast exhausting leveling valve

I just replaced all the air bags and leveling valves on my GS TM. It is a Spartan Chassis. Set the ride heights and it handles like a Cadillac. I think I may have the wrong leveling valves though. The slightest sway of the home and you can hear the air bleeding off. I read on the Hadley website that the is a delay version of the 500 series. The coach doesnt sway as much as it used to but wow is the exhausting annoying. If I couldn't hear it I may actually prefer this setup.

Anyone else familiar with this? Do you hear the valve exhaust? I didn't before. .

Is this while traveling or parked?

If I park and don't drop the jacks mine will do the same thing.

Ok...here is the update. I was given fast fill valves in staed of delay valves. The exhausting is normal. The suggested fix is to take a length of rubber hose and drill holes in it. This can then be hose clamped over the valve to act as a silencer. This trick is from some of the old truck drivers trying to "walk" an overweight load across the scales and silencing the dump valves so that the scale attendant wouldn't hear the air hissing. I've heard my Dad mention this method...but I am sure none of the former Truck drivers on here would have done such a thing....

YC1- Can you hear your valves as you drive down the road? Again, I am amazed at the change in stability, but I have to find a way to quiet it down.

My rv rode mushy and waddled down the road until I decided to set the ride height myself. I found it 1 inch low. That meant the bags needed more air. After resetting the height it handles much better and that is when I started hearing the shssh. And yes coming to stops or some bumps I can hear it. I thought maybe the way I set my valves they were not "centered" but no one has been able to give me a definite answer on that issue. I have downloaded and researched it to death and decided I will just live with it because it rides so well now. Adding the hose thing sounds like a good idea. It bugs me getting in and out as it goes shush shush. Many people have given me pictures and suggested how to center my valves but mine seem to be a later model for some reason and just don't work as they suggest. I believe they are from the Volvo truck line. I tried to get the valve factory to answer my question but they never responded.

I have an update. I took a 10' section of air hose and attached it to the exhaust port on each ride height valve with a hose clamp. this brought it out somewhere behind the fuel tank. I took the MH for a ride today and I can't here a thing. Looks like I might be able to keep the quick response models without going crazy from the constant hissing.
